Vanessa graduated in Professional development management studies at Hammersmith and West London College and has effectively developed and implemented programs using those skills both in her coaching and training programs.

With over 30 years of working in leading blue chip organisations, banking and the IT sector Vanessa has established herself as an IT Systems Manager, Systems Support Analyst, and Project Manager. Through her own personal empowerment Vanessa embarked on developing her speaking career under the coaching of the world's leading motivational speaker Mr Les Brown, overcoming her biggest fear of public speaking.
